China Probe recently held a press conference. General Manager Feng Mingqin said that thanks to contributions from orders from major American smart glasses manufacturers and drones, as well as two new products such as high-power aging test sockets and IC test sockets, which have begun shipping, revenue in the third quarter was 1.02 billion yuan, an annual increase of 12.7%, the highest since 2022, and its operating performance was outstanding.
China Probe announced that its revenue in September was 349 million yuan, a monthly increase of 2.49%, setting a new record this year; third quarter revenue was 1.02 billion yuan, an annual increase of 12.7%, the highest since 2022; cumulative revenue in the first nine months of this year was 2.67 billion yuan, an annual increase of 20.4%, mainly benefiting from orders from major American smart glasses manufacturers and drones.
Feng Mingqin pointed out that as the demand for advanced packaging technology increases, the product portfolio of medium-sized probes continues to upgrade towards high-power and high-density applications, and it has jointly developed and promoted micro-electromechanical probes with partner manufacturers. Currently, the 1200-watt high-power aging test socket has also completed verification and sample delivery. It is expected to successfully enter the supply chain of major packaging and testing and IC design manufacturers, and will have positive benefits on revenue in the future.
The legal representative stated that in terms of connector business, China Probe has entered the drone and AI smart glasses markets. Although gold prices and costs continue to rise, gross profit margins have also steadily improved through product mix adjustments and process optimization. If the semiconductor business continues to ferment, the momentum is expected to continue in the fourth quarter.
China Probe has always been a supplier to major American mobile phone manufacturers. With the increased volume of new products and the integration of peripheral components to increase added value, operations are expected to return to the growth track. Feng Mingqin said that China Probe will continue to deepen the layout of semiconductor testing solutions. The full-year operating goals remain unchanged and will continue to focus on annual double-digit growth.
