The Mirror reported that a low-level league match in Cornwall, England was postponed for a bizarre reason: 200 sheep broke into the court overnight and left feces everywhere.
The home team St. Niet AFC's game against Luzhen II was therefore cancelled, because sheep dung poses a "health risk" to the players. The St. Niet Club made the announcement funny on social media, calling it "the first time in football history" and describing sheep dung as "several gifts of flavor" left by the flock.
It is worth mentioning that this is the second incident of the month when the competition was cancelled due to animal feces. Not long ago, another game was stopped by the referee because of too much goose dung on the court.
