After receiving the evidence submitted by the police, the Crown Prosecutor's Office authorized the London Police Department to prosecute a man.
London police have issued a summons to Thomas Patty, 32 years old (born on 13 June 1993) who lives in Hertfordshire. The charges involved include:
• Five counts of rape
• One sexual assault
The specific charges are as follows:
• Two counts of rape involve the first female victim
• Three counts of rape involve the second female victim
• One sexual assault involve the third female victim
According to reports, the above-mentioned crime occurred between 2021 and 2022.
The prosecution originated from a special investigation initiated by the police after receiving a rape report in February 2022. The Governor-General of the Investigation and Furby, who is in charge of the case, said: "Our priority is always to provide support to victims who stand up.
