Painted furniture refers to furniture that sprays a layer of paint on the surface. Of course, this paint must be suitable for furniture. Painted furniture mostly reflects retro and returns to nature, which can fully demonstrate the true colors of wood. Because of this, painted furniture has become the protagonist of many families. However, many people know very little about how to maintain painted furniture. Below, I will introduce to you the maintenance methods of painted furniture.

【1】The maintenance of spray-painted furniture is directly related to the service life of the furniture. The furniture paint film is like human skin, with capillaries distributed on the surface. If it is not maintained regularly, the paint film will quickly age, lose its lust and crack.

【2】It is strictly forbidden to use hard foreign objects to scratch the surface of the paint film, and it is strictly forbidden to contact the surface of the paint film such as cigarette butts and boiling water.

【3】Corrosive chemicals, such as “ acid, alkali, etc., are strictly prohibited from contacting the surface.

【4】Furniture is strictly prohibited from being exposed to the sun or exposed to the ground, and avoid water immersion on the ground. Otherwise, the paint film will accelerate aging and structure deformation.

【5】After the furniture is placed, do not move, shake or vibrate at will, so as to avoid deformation and falling off the connecting parts.

[6] Do not place items in furniture that exceed the design pressure. If you bear heavy pressure for a long time, the furniture structure will deform and the paint film will fall off.

【7】Wipe the painted furniture with a wet towel once a day to keep the paint film moisture sufficiently, avoid severe dehydration, and make the paint film aging.

[8] Furniture should be wiped and painted with special oil for spray-painted furniture according to changes in air humidity. Wear it once a week in spring and summer, and at least twice a week in autumn and winter to avoid the paint film losing its luster and causing the furniture to age. When wiping, you must carefully wipe it in place and apply it a few more times to allow the paint film to be fully absorbed.
